Application Requirements

Proceed to the Admission Office for the initial interview and filling-out of the application for PhilSCA Admission Test with the following requirements:

•   Form 138  (original and photocopy)  with a general average grade of:

   • 80% and above for those enrolling in AAMT, AAET, AIT, AIM, AB English and AB Math;

   • 85%  and above for those enrolling in BSAero, BSAT;

•  Certificate of Good Moral Character (original and photocopy);
•   2 pcs. 1×1 latest colored pictures;
•    1 pc 2×2 picture
•    NSO copy of Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)

Transferees

Application Requirements

Proceed to the Admission Office for the application for PhilSCA Admission Test with the following requirements:

•    Original TOR/Transfer Credentials with Honorable Dismissal;
•    Certificate of Good Moral Character;
•    2pcs 1×1 I.D. Pictures  (for PhilSCAAT);
•    NSO copy of Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
•    1 pc 2×2 picture (for Admission Form)

Foreign Students

Application Requirements

•    Must have complete and valid credentials.
•    Must meet all the prescribed admission requirements of the College and the course applied for:

  •  Original Transcript of Records

  •  Personal Data

  •  Affidavit of Support

  •  Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)

  •  Student Visa

  •  Security Clearance from his / her Embassy

  •  Resident Guarantor of his / her character

•    Must meet all prescribed requirement by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Bureau of Immigration.

REMINDERS:

1. Qualified applicants for PhilSCA Admission Test ; Please bring the following requirements from April 1-15, 2013

​

•       Original and  Xerox copy of  Form 138 (High School Card)

For BS Aeronautical Engineering /BS Air Transportation – Must have a GWA of 85% and above; and 85 % in English, Math and Science

For other courses –Must have a GWA of 78% and above.

•      Certificate of Good Moral Character
•      1 x 1 picture

2. Secure  Referral Slip from the Medical Clinic for Physical Examination (Chest X-Ray/ Drug Test)

3. Please report to Medical Clinic for Physical Examination and bring the following:

•       Chest X-Ray results with Plate
•       Drug Test Result

​

4. Present the Medical Certificate to Admission Office for the schedule of Interview.

​

5. Schedule of Interview  from April 16-30, 2013 every Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00- 4:00 PM.

​

6.Issuance of Approval Slip for enrollment will be given after the interview.
